 Toolbar
This bar provides command buttons.
Double-click a margin around the buttons to switch the bar to a free toolbar capable of
being moved. Double-click a margin again to reset the Toolbar to the previous condition.
 Image view
This view displays a SEM image and depth data. On this image, profile positions can be
specified and X, Y measurements can be performed.
The size of the image to be displayed is automatically adjusted according to the window
size.
Mouse clicking operations in the Image view vary depending on the specific mode that is
selected.
In the Image and Profile views, the position of the mouse pointer is displayed as a cursor
line. The Image view displays a cross cursor, and the Profile view a vertical line cursor.
These cursors are synchronized in the both views.
 Image setting view
This view allows you to perform various settings, such as selecting the display format of the
image view.
 Profile view
Displays a cross-sectional profile.
 Profile setting view
Performs various settings of the profile view, such as selecting the display format of the
profile view.
 Status bar
Displays the X, Y, and Z coordinates of a mouse pointer position.
If the second point is specified in the measurement mode, displays the length from Point 1
as L.
To switch between display/hide modes, click [Status Bar] on the [View] menu.
 Split bar
Grasp the Split bar and drag the mouse to modify the size of four views.
