Description
Used to configure the operating status of the installed optional Plug-in Interface
Cards (PIICs) and optional Optical port (J7 | OPTICAL), plus the operating speed of
Gigabit Ethernet Interface Ports 1 (J5 | DATA) and 2 (J6 | DATA).
(Transmit) Used to define, on a parameter-by-parameter basis, the Tx configuration
of the unit. These menu submenu branches would be used if the user wished to
change, for example, just the Tx Frequency.
(Receive) Used to define, on a parameter-by-parameter basis, the Rx configuration
of the unit. These menu submenu branches would be used if the user wished to
change, for example, just the Rx data rate.
Used to select and configure the Frequency Reference as External or Internal and
fine-adjust the Internal Hi-Stability 10 MHz Reference.
(Adaptive Coding and Modulation) Used to configure ACM operating parameters.
(DoubleTalk Carrier-in-Carrier) Used to select DoubleTalk Carrier-in-Carrier (CnC)
options.
MENU ITEM CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE
Used to determine if certain operational criteria should be treated as a fault, an
alarm, or are masked (i.e., nothing is done).
(Remote Control) Used to define whether the unit can be controlled remotely via IP,
serial, or both, and to configure the serial remote parameters.
Note: Local mode is always enabled.
Used to configure various IP parameters, including IP address/range and gateway
addresses, and to view MAC addresses.
Used to configure optional K4 GZip lossless compression and decompression
operation.
