Valid ranges:
QPSK/8PSK – 1 to 63Msps
16APSK – 1 to 47Msps
32APSK – 1 to 38Msps
Note: If the Symbol Rate is set, then the Data Rate rate will be automatically
calculated and updated.

Terminal (Satellite) Tx Frequency (which is the frequency transmitted to the
satellite), in the form xxxxx.xxxx:
Resolution=100 Hz
Returns 00000.0000 if LO is zero
