11.4 Installing the G.703 E3/T3/STS-1 PIIC

To install the G.703 E3/T3/STS-1 PIIC(s):
Step Description
1 Remove the blank panel(s) by loosening the captive thumbscrews
Install the module(s) into position using the chassis' internal card guides, sliding straight

back into the chassis until the module is firmly plugged into the mating receptacle(s).
3 Secure the module(s) to the chassis using the module captive thumbscrews.
