Ethernet Management
Circuit ID
The user may enter a Circuit ID string of up to 40 characters. Once the desired string is created
here, click [Submit] as needed to save this change.
Date & Time
The user may enter a date in the European convention calendar format DD/MM/YY
(where DD = day [01 to 31], MM = month [01 to 12], and YY = year [00 to 99]).
The user may enter a time using the Military (24-hour) format HH:MM:SS (where HH =
hour [00 to 23], MM = minutes [00 to 59], and SS = seconds [00 to 59]).
Once the desired date and time have been entered in this section, click [Submit] as needed to
save these changes.
BERT Config
For Tx BERT Configuration: Use the drop-down menu to select the Tx
configuration as either On or Off.
For Tx or Rx BERT Pattern: Use the drop-down menu to select the desired
Tx and Rx BERT Patterns.
Once the desired BERT Configuration settings have been selected in this section, click [Submit]
as needed to save these changes.
BERT Monitor
This read-only window provides BERT operational statistics monitoring for Total Errors, Total
Bits, and Avg BER. Additionally:
Click [Insert Error] to insert one error.
Click [Restart BERT] to restart the counters.
Click [Update] as needed to refresh the values presented in this window.
Firmware Image Config
This section is used to select the current active firmware image to be loaded for operation upon
power-up or soft reboot.
Active Image: The firmware image selected for current operations is identified here. In this
example, Image #2 is selected as the current active firmware image. Note that this Firmware
Information will not update until after the unit is rebooted.)
Next Reboot Image: Use the drop-down menu to select the desired reboot image
as Image1 or Image2.
Once the desired image boot selection has been made, click [Submit] to save this choice. To
further execute this preference, click [Reboot Modem]. Once the system reboots, the user will
need to log in once more to resume use of the Web Server Interface.
