Range is from 0.1 and 25 dB.
Resolution=0.1dB
Example: EBA=12.3

Rx Alpha Rolloff in the form x, where:
0=20%
1=25%
2=35%
Example: RAR=0 (a Rx Alpha Rolloff of 20%)

Rx Data Rate, in Ksps, in the form xxxxxx.xxx:
Resolution=1bps
Note: If the Data Rate is set, then the Symbol Rate will be automatically calculated
and updated. The symbol rate will be limit checked to assure valid ranges.
