When venting remove the
protective
cap and fit
the
venting
tool SVO
2740.
See Figs. 5-65 and
5-66.
Let the
other end of the hose hang down into a
collecting
vessel.
Open the venting nipple and
have
someone carefully depress the
brake
pedal.
Close
the
nipple when brake fluid free from air
bubbles flows
out.
Make
sure there is
no leakage
between the nipple
and the
tool,
as
this
can give
rise to misleading
results.
