Check the warning
valve.
Connect a
hose to one
of the venting nipples of the testing device and
open the device. Switch on the
ignition
switch and
check
that
the warning
lamp
lights
when the park-
ing brake
is applied.
Re
lease
the
parking brake. With
a
peda

jack
apply the footbrake slowly. When the warn ing
lamp lights,
check
the pressure on the press ure
gauge.
The
lamp
should
light at
a
pressure d if-
ference of
5-15

off the venting
nipple
and
remove the

Disconnect

electric
cable
