Description
• Unload the reagent cartridge and inspect to see
if there are any bubbles in the cartridge
compartments, or residual fluid on the sidewalls
of the openings of the cartridge compartments.
This could cause false triggering of the level
sense. Refer to
Chemistries
• Cartridge must be reloaded to initiate level
sense.
• Check reagent probe alignment for any residual
fluid in wash collar.
Consistent messages may indicate issues with the
level sense function of:
• reagent probe bead assembly
• reagent probe alignments
• level sense board
