11.5 Selection example of wires

The following diagram shows the wires used for wiring. Use the wires given in this section or equivalent.
Table 11.1 shows examples for using the 600 V Grade heat-resistant polyvinyl chloride insulated wire (HIV
wire).
POINT
To comply with the IEC/EN/UL/CSA standard, use the wires shown in appendix
2 for wiring. To comply with other standards, use a wire that is complied with
each standard.
Selection conditions of wire size is as follows.
Construction condition: Single wire set in midair
Wiring length: 30 m or shorter
