Use enable snmp trap updown to enable link state change notifications for an interface.
Use undo enable snmp trap updown to disable link state change notifications for an interface.

Usage guidelines
To generate linkUp/linkDown notifications when the state of an interface changes, you must also
enable the linkUp/linkDown notification function globally by using the snmp-agent trap enable
standard [ linkdown | linkup ] * command.
Examples
# Enable the agent to use community name public to send Ten-GigabitEthernet 1/1/1
linkUp/linkDown notifications to the host at 10.1.1.1
