List of Error Codes

This section lists the error codes, error details and causes, and action for the errors occur in the processing for data
communication between master/intelligent device module and slave stations or caused by processing requests from the CPU
module on the own station.

1080H The number of writes to the flash ROM has exceeded
100000. (Number of writes > 100000 times)
1810H The hardware has failed.
20E0H • Non-compatible module was detected.
• The module cannot communicate with the CPU module.

the wire and cable distances and ground condition of
each device, and take measures to reduce noise.
