Developer and toner are attached to the roller surface by magnetic force and static electricity to
make charged toner to adhere to the electrostatic latent images on the OPC drum. This operation is
called "Developing."
Controls the amount of developer on the developing roller to be proper level. This maintains the
developing density at proper level.
Stirs developer and toner to provide uniform toner density and charge toner at the same time.
