(9) Toner supply clutch/developing shutter clutch

Remove the right cabinet, the back cabinet, and the upper
cabinet.(Refer to the A-1/2/3.)

Remove the clutch covers.

DV shutter clutch spring
DV shutter clutch gear

Remove the toner clutch gear, the toner clutch spring, the toner
clutch sleeve, and the toner clutch boss.

Remove the DV shutter clutch gear, the DV shutter clutch spring,
the DV shutter clutch sleeve, and the DV shutter clutch boss.
Note: Be sure to use the exclusive grease (UKOG-0008GCZZ BA)
for the DV shutter clutch spring and the boss. If another type
of grease is used, noises or other troubles may occur.

Note for assembly
•
When installing the toner clutch spring, position the bent portion of
the toner clutch spring at the center of the notches (5 positions) of
the toner clutch sleeve and of the toner clutch boss as shown
below.

For installation of the DV shutter clutch section similarly.
(10) Toner supply clutch solenoid (Color)

Remove the right cabinet, the back cabinet, and the upper
cabinet. (Refer to the A-1/2/3.)

Remove the drive section cover. (Refer to the G-1.)

Remove the drive slide frame unit. (Refer to the G-2.)

Remove the drum motor unit. (Refer to the G-3.)
5
Remove the drive belt A. (Refer to the G-3.)
6
Remove the drive frame unit. (Refer to the G-3.)
7
Remove the toner supply clutch solenoid.
