Step 12. Install the dual-port network adapter (see "Replacing the dual-port network adapter" on page 237).
Step 13. Install the air baffle (see "Replacing the air baffle" on page 200).
Step 14. Install the PCI riser-card assemblies and adapters, if any were installed (see "Replacing an adapter"
on page 228 and "Replacing a PCI riser-card assembly" on page 222).
Step 15. Install the rear two hard-disk-drive kit, if any (see "Replacing the rear two hard-disk-drive kit" on
page 225).
Step 16. Install the cover (see "Replacing the cover" on page 196).
Step 17. Push the power supplies back into the server.
Step 18. Slide the server into the rack.
Step 19. Reconnect the power cords and any cables that you removed.
Step 20. Turn on the peripheral devices and the server.
Step 21. Start the Setup utility and reset the configuration.
• Set the system date and time.
• Set the power-on password.
• Reconfigure the server.

Step 22. Either update the server with the latest RAID firmware or restore the pre-existing firmware from a
diskette or CD image.
Step 23. Update the UUID (see "Updating the Universal Unique Identifier (UUID)" on page 117).
Step 24. Update the DMI/SMBIOS (see "Updating the DMI/SMBIOS data" on page 119).
Step 25. Reactivate any Features on Demand features.
