TCP IP address of reservation server PC i.e.
192.168.1.5. If this entry is blank the thread that
communicates to the server will not be started.
Port ID of reservation server PC i.e. 5050
TCP IP address of MS DOS fax server PC i.e.
192.168.1.17. If this entry is blank the thread that
talks to the fax server will not be started.
Port ID of fax server i.e. 9090
