    Chapter 1 Introducing the Operator Guide Introduction to CRS The CRS (Client Registration Server) Front End is primarily a booking and scheduling application. Here you can create both scheduled and demand conferences with additional attributes to suit customer requirements. The CRS Front End is also used to enter new company and client account details.

    Chapter 3 Installing CRS Front End This chapter describes how to install the CRS Front End application. Starting the CRS Front End Installer Note: At any point during the installation process, Users can click Cancel to stop the installation or Previous to return to the previous dialog. 1.

    Chapter 5 Creating a Company Account Before you can start reserving conferences, a company account must be established. Client accounts are then created relative to the company. The Company Account Once a company account is created, the left view panel in the Customer Bookings screen displays a new entry.

Once disabled, the Company Details screen changes color to ‘Red’ reflecting it’s disabled state. Although this account is inactive it is still possible to create/ edit clients and schedule/ edit conferences.

    Chapter 6 Creating a Client Account Each company account will include a number of client accounts reflecting their conferencing needs. Typically clients are department or project managers. Once an account is created they can proceed to create conference reservations. When the appropriate company is selected, the Create Client button is displayed beneath the Company details view panel.

Once an alternative is included, you can select it as the new contact number, by editing the clients details. If you have modified an existing number or deleted all other phone details, the new details appear by default for the client.

When confirming the conference reservation the client can select participants from a prepared list to associate with the conference.

In the User PIN text field, enter a unique PIN number for the participant. This PIN access code is only ever used with secure conferences.

Enabling Ad Hoc Conference Booking via DTMF Ad Hoc privileges are provided to those clients that want to book conferences at any time using DTMF keys on your telephone.

Tape - When selected, the system administrator transfers the conference recording to tape. An operator will be able to review the reservation details and supply the relevant details to participants.
