3.2.8 Front Wheel Problems
The Front Wheel has left
the ground for too long
There is a problem with
the Drop-off Board
Important Safety
Information!!!
REMOVE THE
POWER PACK.
Clean out all grass
clippings around the Front
Wheel and re-check
Remove Top Cover and check the
Front Wheel wire connection to the
Main Board.
Confirm that the front lift sensor
flag (GEN0116A) is in place.
Clean the optical drop-off board
Replace the drop-off board + cable
(SPP0005B)
Replace Odometer Board
(ESB0024B/25B)
Replace Main Board (SPP0019B)
and complete the following settings
(under the 'Service' menu):
- 'Factory default' (section 5.5.6)
- 'Learn wire sensors' (Section 5.3.1)
- 'Edge Calibration (Section 5.3.2)
- 'Set country' (Section 5.3.3)
- 'DK Calibration' (Section 5.3.4)
