6. Set the GAIN switch (on the side panel) →L (0 dB).
Note:
The values used in the above adjustments are under the
conditions when the white clip level is set to 109 IRE (for
NTSC) or 763 mV (for PAL).
When the white clip level is set to other value than 109
IRE or 763 mV, use the following table to set the levels of
the knee point and knee slope.

Test points
: TP4,TP5/DA-88
Preparations:
OUTPUT/DCC switch (on the side panel) → BARS
Adjustment procedures:
1. Connect the oscilloscope to the TP4 (E4) (GND:E1
(F4))/DA-88 Board.
2. VTR R-Y Adjustment
Adjustment point:
MENU : System config
PAGE : VTR/CCU (S5)
ITEM : VTR R-Y
Specifications: A = 700 ±5 mV (for NTSC)
: A = 525 ±5 mV (for PAL)
3. Connect the oscilloscope to the TP5 (F4) (GND:E1
(F4))/DA-88 Board.
4. VTR B-Y Adjustment

PAGE : VTR/CCU (S5)

Specifications: B = 700 ±5 mV (for NTSC)
: B = 525 ±5 mV (for PAL)
5. MENU Setting:
MENU : Triming File

Press the MENU SEL switch (on the front panel) to
execute the triming file store.
