2-1-1. Note on Replacement of Parts

Every component electrical part mounted on the PR-211
and CN-1142 boards cannot be replaced. And also a 68-pin
connector on the CN-1120/1121 board cannot be. If there
is any defective part, replace the mounted circuit board
itself.
The PR-211 board is provided with a termination board
CN-1142 on it. The CN-1142 board is necessary when the
PR-212 board of OHB-550WS/550WSP is not installed.
Unless the PR-212 board is installed, be sure to connect the
CN-1142 board to the PR-211 board.

2-1-2. Description of EEPROM Data

The table below gives the holding data of EEPROM on
every printed circuit board.

The IC listed above cannot be replaced because it is the
EEPROM that is holding data inherent in the board. The
part number listed in Section 5 "Spare Parts" is for an
EEPROM which is not programmed. If replacement is
needed, consult your Sony representatives.

2-1-3. Extension Boards

The extension boards and harness are available separately
for check or adjustment of some printed circuit boards.
