Equipment : Waveform monitor, Vectorscope
Test Point : TEST OUT connector
Preparations:
• Connect the vectorscope to the TEST OUT connector.
• OUTPUT/DCC switch (on the side panel) → BARS
• RGB/ENC switch (on the side panel) → ENC
Adjustment Procedures:
1. Set the DISP switch (on the side panel) to MENU
while holding down the MENU SEL switch (on the
front panel).
2. Set the menu as follows, and adjust the chroma level
and Q/V level alternately by using the MENU SEL
switch.

PAGE : Y/Chroma (S2)
ITEM : Chroma LVL
ITEM : Q/V LVL
Specifications: Place the beam spots inside the
corresponding frames on the
vectorscope.

3. Connect the waveform monitor to the TEST OUT
connector.
4. Set the menu as follows, and adjust the burst level by
using the MENU SEL switch.

ITEM : Burst LVL
Specifications: A = 40 ±1 IRE (for NTSC)
A = 300 ±5 mV (for PAL)

File Store:
Execute the file store. Press the MENU SEL switch to
execute.
