2.2 Installing software on the PC system (PCU 50.5)
If you expand SINUMERIK Operate with an operating area on a PCU 50.5 with WinCC RT
Advanced, you must also install the following on the PCU 50.5 in the correct order:
● The WinCC RT Advanced runtime which is provided on the product DVD of SINUMERIK
Integrate Create MyHMI / WinCC ("Support" directory).
● SINUMERIK Integrate Create MyHMI /WinCC V13
However, you do not need to install the SIMATIC WinCC Advanced V13 engineering system
(TIA portal) on the PCU 50.5.
Note
Use of the SINUMERIK OP 010 operator panel front during the installation
A screen with a minimum resolution of 800 x 480 pixels must be connected during the
installation of the "WinCC RT Advanced" runtime.
If you are using the SINUMERIK OP 010 operator panel front, you must connect a different
screen before installing the runtime.
After installing the runtime, you can connect the SINUMERIK OP 010 operator panel front
again and use it as usual.
