PBXgateway Installation
Component
WAN Ports (2) RS-232/V.35/RS-530,
DB25 male connectors.
Provide a serial connection
to the Network Device.
Telephony RJ-21, 50-pin male
Interface connector. Connects the unit
to the PBX.

LAN Port RJ-45 connector. Connects
the PBXgateway to the LAN
for use in IP applications and
for management interface
access.
System Status Four, tri-color LEDs.
LEDs Displays the PBXgateway
system status.
LAN Status LEDs Four LEDs display the status
of the Ethernet connection
Port Status LEDs Eight or Twelve LEDs
display the status of the
phone ports.
Console Port RS-232, DB-9 serial
connector. Connects the unit
to a PC for configuration and
port management via a
VT-100 terminal.
