Maintenance action
Clean the Fraction collector.
Note:
Frac30 is not a spill free design. There will be some spillage when
tubes shift position, depending on the flow rate.
Visually inspect the drive sleeve on the Fraction collector. Re-
place if worn out.
Perform System cleaning, Pump wash A and B, Washout
•
fractionation tubing.
Clean the UV flow cell.
•
Clean the Conductivity flow cell.
•
Calibrate the Pump.
Calibrate the UV flow cell.
Calibrate the Conductivity flow cell.
Perform Zero offset calibration for the Pressure sensor.
Replace the inlet filters.
Replace the tubing and connectors.
