Check tubing and

ing one at a time
starting from the

ing backwards to-
wards the Pump.
When pressure is re-
leased the blockage
has been found, clean
or replace tube to re-
solve the issue.
Clean the column/sep-

aration media with
suitable solution (1 M
NaOH) or replace the
column with a new
one.
Check the specifica-

tion and pressure of
the columns for cor-
rect flow rate.
Perform Zero offset.
