Cause
Abnormality has occurred in the balance of
the ink supply unit.
Abnormality has occurred in the data of the
weight balance of the ink supply unit.
Time to clean the cap
Detect the abnormality in the liquid level
sensor of the sub-tank.
The sub tank sensor High does not change
though a certain amount of ink has been
consumed.
The sub tank sensor Low does not change
though a certain amount of ink has been
consumed.
Ink has entered the air tank.

Ink could not be supplied to the subtank.

There is a slot which is not set an ink tank
in supply unit for more than certain period
of time.
Detected an ink leakage in the ink supply
[12345] path.
Abnormality occurs in the data of the ink
information being charged.
The automatic nozzle check judged noz-
zles "No good ".
Solution
• Please make sure if correctly set the
weight to the ink tank, do not give a
shock, or do not put the things that
becomes a load.
• Please execute the P.4-28 "Tank Calibra-
tion".
• Turn off the power button to the machine
and turn it on after a while.
• If the same error message appears
again, contact your local distributor to call
for service.
• Please execute the P.4-28 "Tank Calibra-
tion".

clean the cap.
