Cause
Ink discharge control error
An error occurred in the main power.

Chapter 5 Troubleshooting
Solution
• Turn off the power button to the machine
and turn it on after a while.
• If the same error message appears
again, contact your local distributor to call
for service.
• Check the USB cable/ LAN cable connec-
tion. Use a USB cable/ LAN cable con-
forming to the standard.
• Check the USB cable/ LAN cable connec-
tion. Use a USB cable/ LAN cable con-
forming to the standard.
• Check output conditions.
• Turn off the power button to the machine
and turn it on after a while.
• If the same error message appears
again, contact your local distributor to call
for service.
• Set the media to cover over the media
sensors.
• Check the media set condition, and
remove any problem.
