Action
The printer is open. Close the printer to clear the message.
The printer cannot communicate with the request destination. Try one
or more of the following:
• Make sure your printer in the computer and computer are each
connected to the Internet through an Ethernet or wireless
connection.
• Make sure your printer is securely connected to the host computer,
printer server, or other network access point.
• Touch OK to clear the message.
Try one or more of the following:
• Touch Yes to set the message you entered as the default e-mail
message for the printer.
• Touch No to keep the new message for the current job only.
Contact technical support.
Connect the printer to a standard analog telephone line. If applicable,
connect a digital filter to your telephone line. Touch OK to clear the
message.
For more information, contact your telephone company.
Try one or more of the following:
• Make sure the duplex unit is properly installed at the back of the
printer to clear the message.
• Cancel the current job.
