Printhead stall service check

Step
1
Turn off the printer by unplugging the power cord.
Wait for 10 seconds, and turn on the printer.
Does the problem remain?

Check for any obstruction on the carrier path.
Manually move the carrier assembly left to right to
check if it can move easily.
Is the carrier path free from obstruction and the
carrier assembly free from any damage?

Check if the carrier belt is not dislodged from its
gears, and can move together with the carrier
assembly.
Is the carrier belt free from any damage?
