Disconnect the USB, network, and fax cables from
the system board. Turn off the printer by unplugging
the power cord. Wait for 10 seconds, and turn on
the printer.

connection.
Are all the cables properly connected?

Check the J28 cable and connector for proper
connection and any damage.
Is the J28 properly connected and free from any
damage?
