No power service check
Step
1
Make sure that the voltage between the power
supply terminals read 32V. Check if the LED lights
up if plugged into a power source.
Does the power supply LED light up?

Check the printer power terminals for any bends
and damages that prevent them to have proper
contact with the power supply.
Are the printer terminals free from any damage?

Check the continuity between the terminals and the
J7 connector on the system board using a
multimeter.
Is there continuity between the terminals and
the J7 connector?

Check if the LED on the system card lights up.
Does the LED on the system card light up?

Check if there are any short circuits on the system
board. Disconnect all cable connectors from the
system board except for the J7, J57 and J14
cables. Turn on the printer. Check all the other
cables for any damage.
Does the control panel display anything?

Replace the power supply. See

Replace the system board. See

Replace the print engine assembly. There may be a
possible ground on the cables. See
