1. Remove the Paper Tray from the printer.
2. Rotate the Separator Roller in the Paper
Tray with your finger.
Does the Separator Roller rotate smoothly?

Check the Feed Roller Assembly for rotation
1. Remove the Paper Tray from the printer.
2. Start the Main Motor FULL2 test
(page 4-27):
