Control Panel Button Descriptions

The Control Panel consists of two LEDs, one display window, and eight
functional buttons. These buttons are used to navigate the menu system,
perform functions, and select modes of operation for the printer.

LED On - Ready to print or processing print
job.
LED blinking - The printer is receiving data.
LED Off - An error has occurred and the
printer is offline.
Light On - Error with print job.
(blinking = not user fixable)
(On solid = user fixable)
Displays printer settings, status, and
messages.
Changes display between Menu mode and
Print mode.
Moves between the Menu levels.
Switches between Menus or Items on the
same level.
Switches between the Menu levels.
Cancels the current print job.
Move to the next level, confirm setting, and
print report.
LED comes On when the printer is in Power
Saver Mode. Press this button to exit the
Power Saver Mode.
