Use silicone adhesive to glue the dummy radial in the cowling.
Once the adhesive has cured, fi t the cowl to the fuselage. Trim
the cowl and dummy radial as necessary to clear the engine
and any other items that may need to exit the cowling.

Align the cowling so the propeller will clear the dummy radial.
Mark the locations for the cowl mounting screws on the
mounting tabs.

Use a drill and 3/32-inch (2.5mm) drill bit to drill the holes for
the cowl mounting screws.

Thread the cowl mounting screws into the holes to cut
threads in the surrounding wood. Remove the screws, then
apply a small amount of thin CA in each hole to harden
the surrounding wood. The cowl can then be secured to the
fuselage.
Drehen Sie eine Befestigungsschraube in die Löcher um
ein Gewinde in das Loch zu schneiden. Drehen Sie die die
Schraube wieder heraus und geben etwas dünnfl üssigen
Sekundenkleber in das Loch um die Gewinde zu härten.

Secure the propeller to the engine using the included spinner
nut. Slide a 3/32-inch (2.5mm) hex wrench through the hole in
the spinner nut to use as leverage when tightening the nut.

Use a rotary tool and hobby scissors to trim an opening in the
bottom of the cowl. This allows air to fl ow through the cowl to
cool the engine.
