Use a covering iron to seal the covering around the two holes
for mounting the stabilizer securely to the fuselage. Use a
hobby knife to remove the covering from the holes at this time.
Bügeln Sie mit einem Folienbügeleisen die Bespannung um
die beiden Öffnungen für die Flächenverbinder. Schneiden Sie
die Öffnungen mit einem Cutter frei.
Usare un ferro da stiro per rivestimenti, per sigillare
il rivestimento intorno ai due fori per il fi ssaggio dello
stabilizzatore alla fusoliera. Usare poi una lametta per togliere
il rivestimento dai fori.

Remove the tail cover from the fuselage and set it aside.
Nehmen Sie die Heckabdeckung ab und legen sie zur Seite.

Slide the stabilizers into position. Note the positioning of the
stabilizers in relationship to the fuselage. The covering will
need to be removed from the fuselage in this area.
Schieben Sie das Höhenleitwerk in Position. Beachten Sie die
Ausrichtung des Leitwerkes am Rumpf. Die Bespannung am
Rumpf wo das Leitwerk Kontakt hat muss entfernt werden.

When removing the covering, make sure the stabilizer will
overlap the covering and not leave any exposed wood. It is
also necessary to leave 1/4 inch (6mm) of covering back from
the leading edge of the stabilizer to avoid a gap between the
stabilizer and fuselage.
Achten Sie bitte bei dem Entfernen der Bespannung dass
diese noch etwas überlappt und keine freien Holzstellen
zu sehen sind. An der Vorderseite müssen sie ca. 6mm der
Bespannung stehen lassen damit keine Lücke zwischen
Leitwerk und Rumpf zu sehen ist.
Quando si toglie il rivestimento prestare attenzione che lo
stabilizzatore si sovrapponga ai suoi bordi per non lasciare il
legno visibile. Bisogna anche lasciare 6mm di rivestimento
dietro al bordo di entrata dello stabilizzatore per evitare un
divario tra lo stabilizzatore e la fusoliera.

Use a hobby knife and trim seal tool to trim the covering for
the elevator joiner wire at the rear of the fuselage.
Öffnen Sie mit einem Hobbymesser die Öffnung für den
Leitwerksverbinderdraht am Heck.
