Remove the screws from the retract gear door mounts. Check
the alignment of the brackets to the wing. This is done by
placing the landing gear door in position to make sure it rests
level with the wing. If not, adjust the brackets so the cover is
fl ush with the wing. If the door does not lay fl at against the
wing, carefully warm the gear door using a heat gun on low
heat to change the curvature of the gear door.
Entfernen Sie die Schrauben aus den Haltern und überprüfen
die Ausrichtung der Halter zur Tragfl äche. Setzten Sie dazu
die Fahrwerkstür auf die Halter und achten darauf ob sie mit
der Tragfl äche auf einer Höhe ist. Sollte das nicht der Fall sein
erwärmen Sie diese mit einem Heißluftfön auf kleiner Stufe
und formen Sie weiter in die Fläche.
Togliere le viti dai supporti del portello. Controllare
l'allineamento dei supporti rispetto all'ala. Questo si fa
mettendo il portello in posizione controllando che rimanga
allineato con l'ala. In caso contrario regolare i supporti per
livellarlo. Se il portello fosse svergolato, bisogna scaldarlo
attentamente con un fl usso di aria calda per sistemarlo.

Remove the spoked hub cap from the wheel. Use a drill and
3/16-inch (5mm) drill bit to enlarge the hole in the wheel
for the axle. Drill the hole through the wheel and the solid
hub cap. Remove the hub cap and enlarge the hole using a
7/32-inch (5.5mm) drill bit. Snap the solid hub cap back into
position on the wheel.
Nehmen Sie die Speichenradkappe vom Rad. Vergrößern Sie
mit einem 5mm Bohrer das Loch in der Achse. Bohren Sie
durch die Felge und die feste Radkappe. Nehmen Sie die
Radkappe ab und vergrößern das Loch mit einem 5,5mm
Bohrer. Setzen die Radkappe wieder auf.
Rimuovere il coprimozzo del cerchio a raggi della ruota.
Forarlo con una punta da 5mm. Togliere il coprimozzo e
allargare il foro con una punta da 5,5mm. Rimettere il
coprimozzo sulla ruota.

With the axle fi t to the retract, mark the axle so it can be
trimmed. Refer to the retract instructions for the installation
of the strut into the retract unit.

Remove the axle and cut it at the mark made in the previous
step. Use a fl at fi le to make an area where the setscrew will
tighten.
Entfernen Sie die Achse und schneiden diese an der
Markierung ab die Sie im letzten Schritt gemacht haben
ab. Flachen Sie mit einer Feile den Bereich ab wo die
Madenschraube greifen soll.
Rimuovere l'asse e tagliarlo in corrispondenza del segno fatto
nel passaggio precedente. Usare una lima piatta per creare
