Place the engine mounting template in position on the
fi rewall. Use a drill and 1/16-inch (1.5 mm) drill bit to drill the
pilot holes for your particular motor.

Remove the template from the fi rewall. Use a drill and 7/32-
inch (4mm) drill bit to enlarge the holes in the fi rewall.

Use a hex wrench to draw the prongs of the blind nuts into the
back side of the fi rewall.

Use a drill and 5/32-inch (3.5 mm) drill bit to drill the hole for
the throttle pushrod.

Cut the throttle pushrod tube to a length of 3 1 / inches. Use

sandpaper to lightly sand the fi rst 3/8 inch (10mm) of the
throttle pushrod tube.

Slide the pushrod tube into the hole drilled in the fi rewall. Use
medium CA to glue the pushrod to the fi rewall.

Secure the engine mounting rails to the fuselage using the
hardware listed.
