Apply thin CA to the top and bottom of each hinge. Once the
CA cures, gently pull on the fi xed surface and control surface
to make sure the hinges are glued securely. If not, apply
additional CA to secure each of the hinges.

Use a pin vise and 1/16-inch (1.5mm) drill bit to drill a hole
in the center of each hinge slot to allow the CA to wick into
the hinge. Drill holes in fi n and rudder at this time. Insert a
T-pin in the center of the three CA hinges, then fi t the hinges
in the rudder. The rudder is then placed in position in the fi n.
Temporarily fi t the tail cover to the fuselage, and align the
bottom of the rudder with the bottom of the cover. The cover
can be removed once the rudder is aligned.
Bohren Sie mit dem 1,5mm Handbohrer ein Loch in die Mitte
jeden Scharnierschlitzes damit der Sekundenkleber besser

temporaneamente la copertura della coda sulla fusoliera
e allineare la parte inferiore del timone con quella della
copertura. Quando il timone è allineato la copertura si può
togliere.

Prepare the rudder servo arm by installing the pushrod
connector in the hole that is 7/16 inch (11mm) from the center
of the horn. Enlarge the hole 1/2 inch (13mm) from the center
for the rudder linkage. Remove any unused arms from the horn
so they don't interfere with the operation of the servo.
