Use a pin vise and a 1/16-inch (1.5mm) drill bit to drill the holes for the servo mounting screws through the backing plate of the
servo mount. Thread a servo mounting screw into each hole to cut threads in the surrounding wood. Apply a small amount of thin
CA to harden the threads made by the screws. Install the grommets and brass eyelets in the servos, then secure the fl ap servos
in the fuselage using the screws provided with the servos. Center the fl ap servo using the radio system. Attach the servo arm so
it is two splines from perpendicular toward the leading edge of the wing. Remove any remaining arms from the horn. Use a pin
vise and 5/64-inch (2mm) drill bit to enlarge the hole in the servo arm that is 1/2 inch (13mm) from the center of the arm.
Bohren Sie mit einem 1,5mm Handbohrer die Befestigungslöcher in die Servoplatte. Drehen Sie in jedes der Löcher eine
Servoschraube um ein Gewinde zu schneiden. Drehen Sie die Schraube wieder raus. Geben Sie dann einen kleinen Tropfen
dünnfl üssigen Sekundenkleber in die Gewindelöcher um diese zu härten. Setzen Sie die Gummidämpfer und Messinghülsen in die
Servos ein und schrauben dann die Servos mit den mitgelieferten Schraube fest. Zentrieren Sie die Servos mit der Fernsteuerung.
Setzen Sie den Servoarm so auf dass er zwei Zähne nach vorne zur Vorderseite der Tragfl äche zeigt. Entfernen Sie alle weiteren
Arme. Vergrößern Sie das mit einem 2mm Bohrer das Loch was 13 mm von der Mitte entfernt ist.

di fi ssaggio in ogni foro per fi lettare il legno. Mettere una piccola quantità di colla CA nei fori per indurire la fi lettatura. Montare
nei servi i gommini e i distanziali in ottone, poi fi ssare i servi dei fl ap in fusoliera con le loro viti. Centrare i servi dei fl ap con il
radiocomando. Montare la squadretta del servo in modo che sia spostata due dentini verso il bordo di entrata dell'ala. Togliere
gli altri bracci delle squadrette. Con una punta da 2mm allargare i fori sulle squadrette distanti 13mm dal centro.

Connect the fl ap linkage to the servo arm. To provide good
linkage geometry, adjust the linkage so the fl ap is defl ected
1 9 / inches (40mm) as shown when the servo is centered.

Secure the servo arm to the servo using the hardware included
with the servo. Use the radio system to adjust the UP fl ap
and DOWN fl ap positions. Refer to the throws located on page
54–55 of this manual.
Schließen Sie die Anlenkung am Servoarm an. Justieren Sie

Collegare il comando dei fl ap alla squadretta del servo. Per
avere una geometria corretta, regolare i rinvii di comando in
modo che il fl ap sia abbassato di 40mm quando il servo è
centrato. Fissare la squadretta al servo usando la sua vite.
Usare il radiocomando per regolare la posizione verso l'alto e
verso il basso dei fl ap. Far riferimento alle indicazioni che si
trovano a pag. 54–55 di questo manuale.

Prepare the wing for the installation of the fl ap servo cover,
following the steps outlined for the installation of the aileron
servo cover. Secure the servo cover to the wing using four M2 x
10 self-tapping screws.
Bereiten Sie die Tragfl äche zur Montage der Klappen mit den
gleichen Schritten wie bei der Montage der Querruderklappen
vor. Sichern Sie die Servoklappe in der Tragfl äche mit den 4
selbstschneidenen M2 x 10 Schrauben.
Preparare l'ala per l'installazione della copertura del servo
del fl ap, seguendo le istruzioni fornite per l'installazione della
copertura del servo dell'alettone. Fissare la copertura del
servo all'ala usando quattro viti autofi lettanti M2 x 10.
