Apply a small amount of epoxy to the hinge where it enters
the fl ap.

Insert the hinges in the fl ap, making sure they are aligned
correctly. Apply a small amount of epoxy to the exposed portion
of the fl ap hinge.

Fit the fl ap to the wing and check the alignment. Use a paper
towel and isopropyl alcohol to remove any excess epoxy before
the epoxy fully cures. Use low-tack tape to hold the fl ap in
position until the epoxy fully cures.

Cut a 1/4-inch (5mm) piece of silicone tubing as shown. Slide
the tubing on the clevis. Thread the clevis on a pre-bent M2
x 75 aileron rod. This pushrod has a Z-bend in the end as
shown.

Silikonschlauchstück ab. Schieben Sie den Schlauch über
Gabelkopf. Drehen Sie den Gabelkopf über das vorgebogene
M2 x 75 Querrudergestänge. Die Anlenkung hat eine Z

Tagliare un pezzo di tubo in silicone da5mm come mostrato.
Far scorrere il tubo sulla cambra. Avvitare la cambra su
un'asta per alettone da M2 x 75 pre-piegata. Tale rinvio di
comando ha una piegatura a Z all'estremità, come mostrato.

Fit the linkage in the wing. Connect the clevis to the outer
hole on the fl ap control horn. Slide the silicone tubing over the
forks of the clevis to prevent it from opening accidentally.
