LCD voltage boost control register 0 (LCDVA0)
LCDVA0 controls the voltage boost level during the voltage boost operation.
LCDVA0 is set with a 1-bit or 8-bit memory manipulation instruction.
RESET input sets LCDVA0 to 00H.
