Stand back from the model 8 to 10 feet (2.5 to 3 meters). The
stabilizer will align with the wing equally as shown.

Transfer the outline of the fuselage onto the bottom of the
stabilizer.
Zeichnen Sie die Außenlinie des Rumpfes auf die Unterseite
des Leitwerkes.
Segnare il contorno della fusoliera sulla parte inferiore dello
stabilizzatore.

Carefully remove the covering from the stabilizer. Trim the
covering 1/16 inch (1.5mm) inside the lines drawn in the
previous step.
Entfernen Sie vorsichtig 1,5mm hinter der Innenseite der
Markierung die Bespannung vom Leitwerk.
Togliere con cura il rivestimento dallo stabilizzatore restando

Î We recommend using a soldering iron or hot knife to
remove the covering to reduce the chances of cutting into
the underlying wood, which will weaken the stabilizer.

Apply epoxy to the exposed wood of the stabilizer and to the fuselage where the stabilizer fits. Place the stabilizer in position,
making sure it is in alignment as described previously. Use a paper towel and isopropyl alcohol to remove any excess epoxy
before it begins to cure. Use a large clamp or weight to hold the stabilizer in position until the epoxy cures. Once the epoxy has
cured, the wing can be removed from the fuselage.
Streichen Sie Epoxydharz auf die Kontaktstellen von Leitwerk und Rumpf. Setzen Sie das Leitwerk auf und achten darauf,
dass es wie vorher beschrieben ausgerichtet ist. Wischen Sie mit Papiertüchern und Isopropyalkohol überschüssigen Kleber
weg bevor er trocknet. Fixieren Sie das Fahrwerk mit einer Klampe oder Gewicht. Nach dem trocknen des Klebers können die
Tragflächen vom Rumpf abgenommen werden.
Posizionare lo stabilizzatore, verificando che sia allineato come si è detto prima. Usare un tovagliolo di carta e alcol
isopropilico per togliere gli eccessi di colla epoxy prima che inizi ad indurire. Usare un grosso morsetto o dei pesi per tenere lo
stabilizzatore in posizione finché la colla non si è indurita. Quando la colla è secca si può togliere l'ala dalla fusoliera.
