Test fit the flap to the wing, making sure the torque rod and
hinges fit and do not need adjustments. The T-pins will need
to be moved so they don't interfere with the installation of
the flap, as they will hit the wing as the flap is placed into
position.

Remove the flap from the wing. Apply epoxy to the slot and
the torque rod. Make sure not to use too much epoxy as it
may interfere with the operation of the flap. Fit the flap back
to the wing. Allow the epoxy to fully cure before proceeding.
Nehmen Sie die Klappe von der Tragfläche ab. Geben Sie
Epoxy in den Schlitz und auf den Klappenhebel. Verwenden
Sie nicht zuviel Epoxy, da dieses die Funktion beeinträchtigen

Apply thin CA to the top and bottom of each hinge. Once the CA cures, gently pull on the fixed surface and control surface to
make sure the hinges are glued securely. If not, apply additional CA to secure each of the hinges.
Tragen Sie oben und unten an jedem Scharnier eine dünne Linie Sekundenkleber auf. Wenn der Klebstoff ausgehärtet ist,

Î Leave the flap deflected slightly so the CA does not bond the flap to the wing or dry
on the mating surfaces, preventing the flap from moving to the UP position.
