Use a hobby knife and #11 blade to trim the covering from
the retract opening. Make sure to remove the covering
support from the opening at this time.
Entfernen Sie die Bespannung und das abgebildete
Folienstützhölzchen des Fahrwerkschachtes mit einem
Hobbymesser mit 11 Klinge.
Usare una lametta #11 per rifilare il rivestimento intorno
all'apertura del carrello, rimuovendolo completamente.

Fit the retract shim into position. Lightly sand the shim if
necessary to fit it in the wing. Remove the shim and apply a
thin coat of epoxy on the shim where it contacts the landing
gear mounting rails. Fit the shim back in the wing and allow
the epoxy to fully cure.
Passen Sie das Fahrwerksbrettchen an und schleifen es falls
notwendig. Nehmen Sie es dann wieder heraus und streichen
es an den Kontaktstellen zu den Fahrwerksleisten in der
Tragflächen mit Epoxy ein und kleben es in die Tragfläche.
Lassen Sie den Kleber vollständig trocknen.
Mettere in posizione il rasamento. Carteggiarlo leggermente,
se necessario, per adattarlo all'ala. Togliere il rasamento e
applicare un leggero strato di colla epoxy dove il rasamento
va a contatto con le alette del supporto carrello. Rimettere il
saramento sull'ala e lasciare che la colla si asciughi.

Use a rotary tool and cut-off wheel to trim the length of the
retract strut.

Con un attrezzo rotante da taglio rifilare la lunghezza della
gamba.

Fit the retract into the wing. Mark the locations for the
retract mounting screws.
Setzen Sie das Fahrwerk in die Tragfläche ein. Markieren Sie

Remove the retract from the wing. Use a drill and 5/64-inch
(2mm) drill bit to drill the holes for the screws.

Thread an M3 x 20 self-tapping screw into each hole to cut
threads in the surrounding wood.
