Fit the cover in the wing. Note the position of the servo arm
in relationship to the wing centerline. The lead for the servo
will fit in the notch toward the front edge of the cover. Use a
pin vise and 1/16-inch (1.5mm) drill bit to drill the holes for
the mounting screws.
Setzen Sie das Servo in der Tragfläche ein. Bitte beachten
Sie die Position des Servoarmes zur Flächenmitte. Die
Kabelführung paßt in die Aussparung in der Vorderseite der
Abdeckung. Bohren Sie mit einem 1,5mm Bohrer die Löcher
für die Montageschrauben.
Appoggiare il coperchio all'ala. Notare la posizione della
squadretta in relazione alla linea centrale dell'ala. Il cavo
per servo si troverà nella scanalatura davanti all'angolo
anteriore del coperchio. Con una punta da 1,5mm praticare i
fori per le viti di fissaggio.

Thread an M2 x 10 self-tapping screw into each hole to cut
threads in the surrounding wood.
Drehen Sie in jede Bohrung eine M2-x-10-Schneidschraube,
um ein Gewinde in das Holz zu schneiden.
Avvitare una vite autofilettante M2 x 10 in ciascun foro per
eseguire dei filetti nel legno circostante.

Apply a small amount of thin CA to harden the threads made
in the previous step.
Geben Sie einen kleinen Tropfen dünnflüssigen
Sekundenkleber in die Gewindelöcher um diese zu härten.
Mettere una piccola quantità di colla CA nei fori, per indurire
il filetto fatto nel passaggio precedente.

Prepare the flap linkage by sliding a silicone retainer on a
clevis. Thread a nut, then the clevis, on the 31mm pushrod.
Bereiten Sie die Anlenkung durch Aufschieben eines
Silikonschlauchstückes auf den Gabelkopf vor. Drehen Sie
eine Mutter, dann den Gabelkopf auf das 31mm Gestänge.
Preparare il collegamento ai flap inserendo un tubetto di
silicone sulla forcella. Avvitare un dado, poi la forcella su di
una barretta da 31mm.

Fit the Z-bend in the 43mm pushrod through the hole in
the flap servo arm. Slide the flap linkage connector on the
pushrod with the holes for the setscrews facing away from
the wing. Attach the clevises to the flap control horns. Slide
the flap pushrod connector on the flap linkages. With the
switch on the transmitter for flaps set in the up position,
secure the flap linkage connector to all three pushrods using
setscrews.
Stecken Sie das Z-gebogene Ende des 43mm Gestänges in
das Loch des Armes. Schieben Sie die Verbindungshülse mit
den Löchern für die Madenschrauben so auf die Anlenkung,
so dass die Schrauben von der Tragfläche weg zeigen.
Schließen Sie die Gabelköpfe an den Klappenhörnern an und
sichern diese mit den Silikoschschlauchstücken. Schrauben
Sie die drei Madenschrauben mit eingefahrenen Klappen
fest.
Inserire la piegatura a Z fatta su di una barretta da 43mm
nel foro della squadretta dei flap. Inserire il collegamento
ai flap in un connettore con i fori per i grani rivolti dalla
x2
parte opposta dell'ala. Attaccare le forcelle alle squadrette
dei flap. Inserire il connettore sui collegamenti ai flap. Con
i flap nella posizione superiore, fissare i tre collegamenti al
connettore stringendo i grani.
