Use a T-pin to puncture the holes of the covering for the
servo cover mounting screws. Place the aileron cover into
position. Use a pin vise and 1/16-inch (1.5mm) drill bit to
drill the holes in the servo cover mounts.
Markieren Sie mit einer T-Nadel die Position der Schrauben
der Servoabdeckung. Setzen Sie dazu die Abdeckungen in
Position. Bohren Sie dann mit einem 1.5mm Bohrer die
Löcher.
Usare uno spillo a T per bucare il rivestimento per il
passaggio delle viti di fissaggio del coperchio del servo.
Mettere il suddetto coperchio in posizione e fargli i fori per il
fissaggio.

Thread the screws into the holes to cut threads in the
surrounding wood.
Drehen Sie die Schrauben in die Löcher und schneiden so die
Gewinde.

Apply a small amount of thin CA to harden the threads made
in the previous step.

Place a ruler along-side the servo arm. With the ruler
perpendicular to the hinge line, mark the location for the
control horn on the aileron.

Position the control horn at the mark made in the previous
step. Set the control horn back from the bevel 1/16 inch
(1.5mm). Mark the locations for the control horn mounting
screws.
