Remove the elevator and hinges from the stabilizer. Lightly
sand the elevator joiner wire where it contacts the elevators.
Use a paper towel and isopropyl alcohol to remove any oil or
debris from the joiner.

Use tape to hold the joiner in position. Use a straight edge to
make sure the elevator halves are aligned along the leading
edge. They must also lay flat on your work surface. Adjust the
joiner wire as necessary so the elevators are in alignment.

fixieren den Ruderverbinder mit Klebeband. Dieses sollte auf
einer flachen Unterlage erfolgen.
Usare del nastro per tenere in posizione l'elemento di

Remove the tape and joiner wire from the elevators. Apply
epoxy to the joiner wire and elevator where they contact each
other. Reposition the joiner wire and apply tape as shown
in the previous step. Check the alignment of the elevators
before the epoxy fully cures.

Togliere il nastro e l'elemento di giunzione dai due semi
elevatori. Mettere un po' di colla epoxy sull'elemento di
giunzione e sull'elevatore nei punti dove entrano in contatto.
Riposizionare l'elemento di giunzione e mettere il nastro
come visto precedentemente. Verificare l'allineamento dei
semi elevatori prima che la colla si asciughi.

Use a pin vise and 1/16-inch (1.5mm) drill bit to drill a hole
in the center of each hinge slot to allow the CA to wick into
the hinge. Drill holes in both the stabilizer and elevator at
this time. Place a T-pin in the center of the six hinges. Slide
the hinges into position with the T-pin resting against the
edge of the control surface.
Bohren Sie mithilfe eines Feilklobens und eines 1,5-mm-
Bohrers ein Loch in die Mitte eines jeden Scharnierschlitzes,
damit der Sekundenkleber in das Scharnier eindringen kann.
Bohren Sie nun Löcher in die feste und in die Ruderfläche.
Con una punta da 1,5mm praticare un foro nel centro di
ciascuna sede delle cerniere per consentire alla colla CA
di diffondersi sulle cerniere. Forare in questo modo sia lo
stabilizzatore che l'elevatore. Mettere uno spillo a T al centro
di ciascuna delle 6 cerniere. Inserirle in posizione in modo
che lo spillo resti appoggiato al bordo della superficie di
controllo.
