Use a T-pin to puncture the covering in the locations for
the mounting screws. Fit the mounting block to the wing as
shown. Mark the location for the mounting screws on the
landing gear rails inside the wing. The coil in the gear wire
will face toward the trailing edge of the wing, and the axle
will face toward the root of the wing.
Punktieren Sie mit einer Nadel die Bespannung wo die
Befestungsschrauben eingedreht werden. Passen Sie den
Halter wie abgebildet ein und markieren Sie die Position der
Befestigungsschrauben auf den Leisten in der Fläche. Die
Spirale im Fahrwerksdraht zeigt dabei nach vorne und die
Achse nach innen zur Flächenwurzel.
Usare un oggetto appuntito per bucare il rivestimento in
corrispondenza delle viti. Piazzare sull'ala il blocchetto per il
montaggio come si vede in figura, segnare la posizione delle
viti posizionate sulle due alette. La molla sulla gamba del
carrello deve essere rivolta verso il bordo di uscita dell'ala e
l'asse rivolto verso la radice dell'ala.

Remove the mounting blocks from the wing. Use a drill and
5/64-inch (2mm) drill bit to drill the holes for the screws.
Nehmen Sie den Halter aus der Tragfläche und bohren mit
einem 2mm Bohrer die Löcher für Befestigungsschrauben.
Togliere il blocchetto di montaggio e, con una punta da
2mm, praticare i fori per le viti.

Thread an M3 x 20 self-tapping screw into each hole to cut
threads in the surrounding wood.

Apply a small amount of thin CA to harden the threads made
in the previous step.

Use a flat file to make a flat area on the landing gear for the
first 1/4 inch (6mm) of the wire.
Feilen Sie mit einer Feile die ersten 6mm des
Fahrwerksdrahtes flach.
Con una lima appiattire l'estremità della gamba del carrello
per 6mm.
