Use a pin vise and 1/16-inch (1.5mm) drill bit to drill the
holes for the control horn mounting screws. Use care not to
accidentally drill through the top of the aileron.

Thread an M2 x 10 self-tapping screw into each hole to cut
threads in the surrounding wood.

Insert the Z-bend of the 48mm pushrod into the hole of the
servo arm that was enlarged previously. Thread a nut on the
pushrod wire.

Place a silicone retainer on a clevis, then thread the clevis
on the pushrod. Center the aileron servo using the radio
system. Adjust the clevis so when it is attached to the center
hole of the control horn the aileron is aligned at the wing
tip. Once set, slide the retainer over the forks of the clevis to
prevent the clevis from opening in flight.
Schieben Sie ein Stück Silikonschlauch auf den Gabelkopf
und schrauben ihn dann auf das Gestänge. Zentrieren

poi avvitarla sull'astina. Centrare il servo alettoni con il
radiocomando. Regolare la forcella in modo che quando è
collegata al foro centrale della squadretta, l'alettone sia
allineato all'estremità alare. Fatto questo, portare il fermo in
silicone sulla forcella per evitare che si apra in volo.
