The document printer is intended for document
NOTE:
imaging tasks only. It cannot be used while performing
data collection.
If your scanner came configured with the document
printer, review this chapter for procedures on how to use
and maintain it. The printer operates at full scanner speed
and prints on the document after scanning of the back
side of the document (top side as placed in the input tray).
The document printer can add a date, time, fixed string,
and/or sequential number to the documents.
Printing is controlled through the software. See the Data
Collection and Document Imaging Guide (included with the
scanner) for information on how to use the software to
print.
